PEC enters its eleventh year of appreciation for language, creativity, and passionate expressions.
This year, PEC 2026 proudly carries the theme
“We Are Awake, We Are Aware, and in This Crisis, We Are Each Other”
In a world increasingly shaped by social, environmental, political, and humanitarian challenge, PEC invite young people to encourage and disseminate ideas of reinforcing togetherness in the collective fight against global and regional crises.
This year’s registration spans from May 19th to June 29th, which is open to both high school and university level students to participate in a diverse range of competitions: Speech, Storytelling, Short Story Writing, Essay Writing, and Poetry.
