How to process a request letter?

  • Format a request email by sending the template letter provided for the chosen administrative service in PDF format
  • Send the request email to [email protected] and CC to [email protected], [email protected], and your academic advisor’s (dosen wali) email address.
  • The administrators will proceed with the letter request to the higher-level authorities to issue the required documents.
  • The administrators will send the letter in a following email once the procedure is complete.
